AI Usage Correlates with Income Levels
- High earners utilize AI tools significantly more
- Over 66% of top earners employed AI last year
- AI adoption grows among the middle class as well
Recent findings indicate a direct link between salary levels and the frequency of artificial intelligence (AI) usage in the American corporate sector. Those in high-paying jobs are integrating digital tools into their work far more often than lower-income workers, as reported by the analytical platform Arbor Data Science.
Technology Integration Gap
Statistics reveal that among professionals earning over $200,000 annually, more than 66% (specifically 66.3%) have employed AI in the past year. In stark contrast, only 15.9% of employees earning less than $50,000 use such technologies.
The trend of AI adoption is also steadily rising within the middle class, with 40.2% of individuals earning between $50,000 and $100,000 utilizing the technology, and 51.6% among those making between $100,000 and $200,000.
