David Ellison, CEO of Paramount Skydance, has expressed positive sentiments regarding the developments at DC Studios. In a recent interview, Supergirl producer Lars P. Winther disclosed that Ellison visited the set of Man of Tomorrow, the upcoming Superman sequel directed by James Gunn, highlighting Ellison's enthusiasm for the new direction DC is taking.
Winther noted, "He came to Trilith [Studios] and we had productive discussions with him. He’s a big fan of our work and is open to the current slate of projects. We’re moving forward positively with significant projects like Clayface and the Lanterns TV show."
Speculation about potential shifts in leadership due to the merger with Warner Bros. has been alleviated by Ellison's supportive stance, ensuring a steady continuation of DC's new cinematic universe.
