The Ukrainian Parliament has passed a significant bill aimed at simplifying the verification of insurance records and the pension allocation process. This new legislation, designated as Bill No. 13705-d, was approved in its second reading and aims to assist individuals who have lost their documentation due to company closures, archival loss, or temporary occupation of territories.
Among the key updates, the bill facilitates not only the initial granting of pensions but also their recalculation. Furthermore, it expands the usage of data from governmental electronic registers, encompassing information related to employment history, salaries, contributions, and other relevant pension data.
