Pension attorney Tetiana Khodinevich clarified that not having the original work book does not disqualify individuals from receiving their pension. A common scenario involves individuals whose original documents remain in occupied territories but possess digital copies and records that verify their employment history.
This situation is further illustrated by a case where a person had successfully digitized their work book showing 34 years of service. Khodinevich assured that pension authorities cannot reject an application based solely on the absence of the original document.
