Valve Launches Steam Link for Vision Pro

Valve has officially launched the Steam Link app for Apple's Vision Pro mixed reality headset, enabling users to wirelessly play traditional games from their Steam library using a nearby Mac or PC.

This application focuses solely on non-VR games, allowing players to engage with titles typically available on standard displays, such as computer monitors or TVs. Although there's potential for future support of VR games, Valve has yet to confirm any plans regarding SteamVR compatibility for the Vision Pro.

Steam Link has previously been compatible with various Apple devices, allowing seamless controller sync and local network gaming with Windows or Linux computers.
