Nolan's The Odyssey Runtime Unveiled
- Runtime set at 2 hours and 53 minutes
- Second-longest feature after Oppenheimer
- Ticket presales for IMAX showings ongoing
Christopher Nolan's upcoming film, The Odyssey, is nearing the three-hour mark with a confirmed runtime of 2 hours and 53 minutes. This adaptation of the Greek epic by Nolan is poised to be his second longest film, following Oppenheimer, which runs for a full three hours.
Although the runtime details briefly appeared on both IMAX and AMC Theatres’ websites, they have since been removed, possibly ahead of the official ticket sales. Last July, a limited presale allowed fans to secure IMAX tickets for opening weekend.
Nolan's commitment to IMAX film typically keeps his projects under three hours, pushing the boundaries once again with The Odyssey. As anticipation builds, the film faces scrutiny, particularly regarding its casting choices, including Lupita Nyong'o in dual roles.
