Spotify Introduces Narrated Magazine Articles

Spotify is venturing into narrated content with the launch of a new format for long-form articles, allowing users to listen to, rather than read, their favorite magazine stories. Starting today, more than 650 articles from renowned publications such as Rolling Stone and The Atlantic will be available in English across regions where Spotify's audiobooks are offered.

Each narrated article runs for under two hours and integrates seamlessly into the monthly audiobook subscription for Premium users. Spotify aims to enhance its platform by providing diverse media content that caters to the evolving preferences of its audience. This innovative feature marks a significant step in expanding Spotify's offerings beyond music and podcasts.
