Microsoft Introduces Xbox Email Addresses for Employees

Microsoft is rebranding its gaming division under the Xbox name, and part of this initiative includes providing all Xbox employees with new @xbox.com email addresses starting next month. CEO Asha Sharma emphasized the unified Xbox identity by discontinuing the Microsoft Gaming title.

The new email format aims to reinforce brand cohesion, allowing employees to communicate under a distinctive and recognizable domain. Current @microsoft.com addresses will still be an option for those who prefer them. In addition, Mojang employees will receive @mojang.com addresses to establish their brand identity as well.
