If you’ve been craving a more compact Oura Ring, its latest iteration, the Oura Ring 5, is now available for preorder ahead of its release on June 4th. Starting at $399, this model is 40% smaller than its predecessor, making it both slimmer and lighter while promising enhanced accuracy and a battery life of up to nine days on a single charge.
In addition to hardware upgrades, Oura introduces several software features such as a Locate tool for tracking lost rings or charging cases, live activity mode for real-time workout tracking, compatibility with third-party heart rate monitors, and a new Health Radar system that monitors nighttime breathing and blood pressure. A partnership with Counsel Health also brings AI-assisted medical guidance directly to users.
