Warzone Ending Support on Legacy Consoles
- Warzone will be discontinued on PS4 and Xbox One
- The game will be removed from these platforms on June 4
- Users can retain their content linked to their Activision account
Call of Duty: Warzone is set to cease operations on legacy consoles, including PS4 and Xbox One, following the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 on October 23.
Starting with the MW4 Season 1, which launches shortly after the game, Warzone will no longer be playable on these platforms. The game will officially delist on June 4, although existing players can continue to access it. In-game store functionalities, including Call of Duty Points purchases, will also be disabled by June 25.
Players transitioning to newer platforms can rest assured; any purchased content and Call of Duty Points will remain linked to their Activision accounts, allowing them to keep their inventories intact. For further assistance, details can be found on the Activision support page.
