Android Introduces New Handoff Feature

Google is rolling out an innovative feature called "Continue On" for Android, which mirrors Apple’s Handoff. This new capability enables users to initiate tasks on their Android phone and then continue them on a compatible tablet.

At launch, Continue On will exclusively support transfers from smartphones to tablets, although plans for bidirectional support are in the works. Users of Android tablets will notice the Continue On icon in their dock, showcasing the most recently used apps synced from their phones.

This feature enhances productivity by allowing users to quickly access documents or emails they were previously working on, streamlining their workflow across devices.
